Follow each step:

Download the skin by clicking on the download link and save it to your computer.
Go to your ftp client, and upload the .zip folder to your skins folder.
Extract the .zip folder to get the skin folder.
Go to your admin url. It will be located at www.example.com/index.php?a=admin
Log in and go to "Change Skins",
Choose the skin you just uploaded, and click save.
